fɘrst
This is the spelling when the project started
fɘɘrst
We need to have two schwas in order to distinguish this sound from a short schwa, as in the word "about"
fɘɘst
While reflecting the r-dropping common in British English but not so in American, it makes pronunciation attempts by non-English speakers easier.
föörst
This is the spelling according to the Simpel-Fonetik system devised by Allan Kiisk
fuhrst
I find the idea of a long schwa confusing. This alternate spelling gives a better rendition of the word.
"uh" would be no more confusing than ng,sh, or th. Thinking on this further the main use for "uh" would be instead of ɘɘ and in place of -er at the end of many words. While dictionaries have this as ɘr in most cases it is actually a uh sound, hence mother is better represented as mɘdhuh and fuhrst is a better spelling than fɘɘrst

You are already using vowel-consonant combinations so I cannot see any real objection to "uh" given it will make words more easily comprehended than ɘɘ. For endings I think comprehensibility needs to be figured in too. The word murderer is easier to recognize if spelt mɘrduher rather than mɘrdɘrɘr or mɘrduhuh

Any word written with ɘɘ can be pronounced written with “uh” instead. This gives words that are pronounced correctly but are more readily recognizable and easier to read without the need to learn how to pronounce “ɘɘ”. Using “uh” is simpler and more intuitive (the goal of SaypYu). ɘɘ is unnecessary and redundant.
